RF and Communication System Engineer

We are hiring an RF and Communication System Engineer to join our team at MLM in the Missiles and Space Systems Division.
What will you do:
- Defining and architecting radio communication system according to business requirements.
- Engaging in engineering activities and guiding projects through development stages in the specified field.
- Managing engineering activities with subcontractors and manufacturers.
- Integrating and testing system components in the product.
- Collaborating with parallel engineering teams.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in defining end-to-end radio communication system requirements – mandatory.
- Conducting calculations and analysis using MATLAB or similar language.
- Understanding and calculating RF channel characteristics.
- Ability to work in a team with high personal responsibility.
- Independent leadership ability and task integration.
- Rapid and independent learning of new domains.
- Focus, curiosity, and personal initiative.
- English proficiency – writing, speaking, and reading.
