Requirements

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the work environment and its facilities operate properly and are maintained to a high standard.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services, repairs, and renovations.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, handle maintenance budgets, perform analysis and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards for all sites of the company.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations or urgent maintenance issues outside of regular working hours.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate office layout changes, renovations, or others.
  
  

• At least [4] years of proven experience in facility management or related field, preferable from high-tech global company.
• Excellent communication - both in Hebrew and English
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional global environment.
• High proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
