RevOps & AI Operations

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and execution-driven RevOps & AI Operations professional to help turn business, product, and AI initiatives into action.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership, and knows how to bring structure, drive processes, and make sure things happen.
What You’ll Do
• Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other business teams.
• Own and optimize RevOps processes, including CRM workflows, reporting, data accuracy, and operational routines.
• Track key business metrics, surface gaps and bottlenecks, and translate insights into action.
• Support the implementation and adoption of AI tools, automations, and workflows across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency and simplify existing processes.
• Create structure around projects — defining tasks, owners, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure successful execution.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, documentation, and internal processes.
• Take ownership of operational and ad-hoc initiatives, from high-level thinking through day-to-day execution.

• 1–3 years of experience in RevOps, Business Operations, Product Operations, Project Management, or a similar role.
• A strong ownership and execution mindset — you don’t just identify what needs to happen; you make it happen.
• Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable moving between data, processes, systems, and people.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Comfortable with hands-on operational work and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with HubSpot/Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Jira/Notion, BI or automation tools — an advantage.
• Fluent English.
