Description

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated QA and Automation Team Lead to lead and oversee all the quality assurance efforts within Coro.

In your role, you will play a vital role in leading our Manual and Automation QA teams while enhancing and maintaining our performance testing infrastructure, giving technical leadership to our engineers, and improving manual and automation infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a detailed QA strategy that matches our company's goals and vision.
• Lead and mentor our QA engineers, building a space where everyone works together, thinks creatively, and keeps improving.
• Work in close partnership with cross-functional technical teams to ensure that QA measures are smoothly incorporated throughout the product development cycle.
• Set up and maintain QA protocols and standards that comply with the highest industry norms and regulatory demands.
• Develop, deploy, and manage test plans, test cases, and test environments to assess the product's functionality and efficiency comprehensively.
• Spearhead the development and broadening of test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies to improve test precision and scope.
• Encourage a culture where everyone in QA is constantly learning and growing in their skills.
  
  

• 5+ years of proven experience in a senior QA leadership role (Cyber Security Industry - Advantage)
• Extensive knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks and practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Experience with both testing web and desktop apps
• Experience with testing micro-services
• Experience with API testing
• Experience with relation / non-relation DBs
• Experience with AWS or any other cloud platform
• Experience with Kibana, Grafana, Linux, Bash, and Shell scripting – Advantage
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fields - Advantage
