Senior Product Manager

SOSA is looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to help shape and craft a proprietary SaaS product that's simple and intuitive, and yet is about to disrupt the innovation world. 

As a Senior Product Manager you will join a small and mighty team that is building a product within an established company already working with the world's largest organizations.

What you’ll do: 

• Head up the end-to-end development of new products, making sure that our goals are aligned with user needs.
• Take full responsibility and ownership of the product all the way from inception to production.
• Own the product life cycle–from market, BI and user research, to defining wireframes and scope, to setting KPIs and overseeing the development process.
• Work daily with R&D, design and marketing to take product to market.
• Conduct user research by talking to users, analyzing user data, and conducting usability tests to continually improve the product.
• Play a key role in building the roadmap.

What you bring:

• Experience with B2B products (SaaS- advantage).
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager with proven ability to specify and deliver quality products, from concept to the finish line.
• Fluent in defining user workflows and technical specification documents.
• Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity and to do whatever it takes to make the product and team successful.
• Ability to identify opportunities, determine clear direction for the product, and manage priorities effectively.
• Ability to analyze user behavior and product funnels to make data-driven decisions.
• Superior attention to detail (while keeping an eye on the big picture) and enthusiasm for delighting users.
• Take ownership and can easily engage and collaborate with R&D and design.
• Excellent communication skills and fun to work with.
