Head of MA

Role Objective

to lead, oversee and execute the company global Merger and Acquisition (M&A) strategy, encompassing the entire M&A life cycle to ensure expected goals and value are achieved. This includes developing and implementing M&A strategies and processes, searching for and analyzing opportunities, managing the internal process in conjunction with various roles in the corporate and in the relevant division, negotiating and executing transactions and related agreements

Responsibilities

Oversee M&A process globally across Elbit Systems divisions and subsidiaries

Conduct and lead market research and strategic fit analyses

Proactively Identifying opportunities for potential M&A targets with the support of external and internal resources.

Lead negotiations and due diligence efforts

Identify complementary markets, industries, and technologies

Collaborate with CFO, CTO office, divisions, and subsidiaries

Present M&A opportunities to senior stakeholders

Assess risks and opportunities and ensure compliance with legal requirements

Organization And Reporting

Report to the Executive Vice President for Int'l Marketing and Business Development



Qualifications And Skills

BA in business, finance, or related field

Good technological understanding, technological degree is an advantage

Excellent market knowledge and industry connections

Proficiency in English, additional languages beneficial

Financial knowledge: financial modeling, company's valuation, accounting, financial statements, cash flow, investments factors, taxation

Global business acumen and negotiation skills

Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills

Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple transactions simultaneously

May require significant international travel
