Product Design - Team Lead

We are looking for an outstanding Product Design Team Lead to guide UX/UI designers, shape the direction and take ownership of the studio’s projects look & feel and the team’s success. 

Rox Experience, a boutique design studio, collaborates with major corporations, offering a range of diverse and engaging projects.

About the Role:

• Act as our focal point and demonstrate expertise across all facets of product design.
• Set the tone for our design process, lead the creative direction, and actively participate hands-on with the design team.
• Lead projects while providing guidance to the designers.
• Confidently showcase our studio’s designs to our clients.
• Work in collaboration with project managers and developers.

• A passionate design talent, enthusiast eager to breathe life into designs and deeply understand users and market dynamics.
• Someone with a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a commitment to pixel perfection.
• An expert in product design process, well-versed in the latest trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a digital design role.
• A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledgeable about design principles and industry trends.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• An excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Fluent Hebrew and English.
