What will your day-to-day look like?

• Assisting and supporting customers through various processes throughout the customer journey, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service.
• Providing guidance and responding to inquiries on various topics for the company's customers.
• Proactive sales of products and services in a professional and polite manner, identifying customer needs.
• Performing multiple tasks across various communication channels.
• Improving customer experience.
• Increasing the number of active users of the company's services.

Job Requirements:

• Politeness and strong service mindset, enjoy helping others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese - an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and/or English - mandatory.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work in a high-pressure environment.
• Computer proficiency.
• One year of experience in customer service roles.

Full-time/hourly position Days:

Sunday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 9:00 PM Friday: 12:00 AM - 9:00 PM Saturday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
