IT Engineer

We're expanding our team and seeking an IT Engineer to come aboard!

In this role, you will tackle complex problems escalated from our Tier 1 IT support teams, oversee security and infrastructure projects, and assume a range of other tech-related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve a range of IT issues, providing timely support to global users.
• Support and maintain the company's internal IT infrastructure, focusing on stability and security.
• Expertly manage and supervise the corporate network infrastructure.
• Collaborate on IT projects, focusing on evaluating and integrating the latest technologies.
• Identifies the business needs, searches for optional solutions, and deploys solutions that will meet those business needs.
• Enhance user experience by developing how-to guides, Q&A documents, and self-service articles.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT support, Helpdesk, or as an IT Specialist.
• Profound knowledge of network administration, particularly Cisco Meraki.
• Extensive expertise in SSO platforms (such as SAML, OAuth, Okta) and IAM.
• Proven hands-on experience with MDM solutions such as Jamf, Jumpcloud or similar.
• Solid understanding of networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VLAN, and VPN.
• Skilled in managing and troubleshooting in a mixed macOS and Windows environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a proficiency in English.
• Service-oriented personality with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex technical issues.
• Proven experience or knowledge in administering multi cloud environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience or knowledge in Okta workflows, Make or other IT automation tools - Big advantage.
