Our Group:

Our team maintains and develops the core platforms supporting Samsung SIRC's engineering workflow. This includes frameworks for knowledge sharing and project management, debugging and monitoring, dashboarding, experiment tracking, simulation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and our AI stack. We are responsible for deploying, maintaining, and supporting these services to ensure engineers can work efficiently and effectively.

SIRC is looking for a Senior AI Stack Engineer for 12 months to own the implementation and integration of our AI-powered developer ecosystem. You will be the technical authority responsible for understanding our engineering requirements and designing the AI stack from the ground up – selecting the right tools, defining how they integrate, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

What will you do?

This role is about execution and enablement: build the platform, make it work, document it, train the teams, and drive and measure adoption. You will turn our AI vision into a reality.

• Design and implement the AI tool stack, integrating it with our existing systems and workflows
• Build and maintain the infrastructure required to support AI-powered development
• Create documentation, training, and support resources to ensure successful adoption across engineering teams
• Drive usage and continuously improve the experience based on feedback and measures

•  5+ years of professional software engineering / DevOps / AIOps experience
• Strong proficiency in Python; working knowledge of JavaScript and Linux environments
• Hands-on experience deploying and integrating LLM-based tools in a real organization (not just personal projects)
• Familiarity with the AI developer tooling ecosystem: coding agents, MCP, prompt engineering, inference APIs, apps. We are looking for someone who reads the Gen AI news and knows what is popular and what works well.
• Track record of driving tool adoption or developer experience initiatives (internal or external)
• Experience with DevOps fundamentals: Docker, CI/CD, git workflows, monitoring/observability
• Excellent English communication: you’ll write and read docs
• Self-directed, opinionated, and comfortable owning a domain end-to-end

Strong Advantages

• Experience in on-premises / air-gapped environments (not everything runs on AWS)
•  Background in enterprise auth: LDAP, SSO (Keycloak/Authentik, Vault), API gateway patterns
•  Familiarity with inference serving (vLLM, TGI, ollama…) or LLM operations
• Experience building analytics/observability pipelines (ELK, ClickHouse, Metabase, Grafana)
• Prior work in change management, internal evangelism, or developer advocacy
