Operations Excellence Manager Needed in Safed!

Role Description:

• Initiate, develop, and manage performance evaluation processes providing reliable, clear, real-time information, considering financial aspects, and supporting better decision-making processes.
• Analyze expenditures and losses through a "loss tree" approach - materials, human resources, and processes - to prevent waste, destruction, defects, and losses.
• Link financial performance to efficiency metrics.
• Coordinate with various departments in the factory, including planning, finance, logistics, and site management.
• Coordinate with external interfaces such as data resources domestically and internationally.

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering degree mandatory.
• Full proficiency in both English and Hebrew-Must.
• Experience in organizational management, operational excellence, performance analysis, or process improvement - advantage.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint-Must.
• Familiarity with SAP system - advantage.
• Understanding of pricing processes - advantage.
• Knowledge of BI POWER systems - advantage.
• Proactiveness, wide vision, independence, and ability to work with multiple interfaces.
• Analytical thinking - high ability to analyze and characterize data, ability to work in a multitasking environment.

Work Schedule:

Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with readiness for work beyond regular hours when needed.

Ability to work at the site five days a week.
