Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret marketing data, including customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends, to identify insights and opportunities for business growth
• Leverage multiple massive and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, opportunities, and threats to our marketing operations
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Use advanced analytics, data mining, business intelligence, and statistical tools, combined with a strategic and industry point of view, to drive marketing growth
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to marketing processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Become a lead figure in the marketing analysis field in the company

Requiremnts:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, with a track record of success in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies, ideally from B2C mobile app companies
• Vast SQL experience, and a solid understanding of databases
• Familiarity with visualization platforms like Looker or Tableau
• Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner
• Strong problem-solving skills, conflict management skills, leadership skills, responsibility, and professionalism
