What you’ll do

• Lead the design of superb experiences for our users, from initial concepts to polished screens, with full ownership over the product design process.
• Enhance and refine our design system to uphold consistency and excellence throughout our platform.
• Design and optimize user flows, interface elements, and interactions within the product to improve usability, conversion rates, and overall user satisfaction.
• Create compelling visual designs for marketing materials, including email campaigns, landing pages, and website banners to attract and engage target audiences.
• Conduct A/B tests and user research to validate design hypotheses and inform decision-making processes.
• Engage with stakeholders, including executives, to communicate design choices, progress, and results effectively.
• Ensure the continuity and development of the Bounce brand, maintaining consistency across all external interactions.

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills, thought process, and impact on business objectives.
• Being able to participate in high-level strategy and vision discussions. Ability to think about product strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build').
• Experience in building great B2C products - a big advantage.
