About the job:
As the PPC Marketing Manager at Better, you will develop, implement, and optimize our PPC advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media channels. You will play a key role in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI through strategic campaign management and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies to drive targeted traffic and achieve key performance metrics.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI continuously.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rate, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition, and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure the maximum effectiveness of PPC campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and product development teams to align PPC initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and optimization, such as targeting new keywords, audiences, or ad formats, to drive continuous growth and improvement.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as technology vendors, as needed.
Who You Are:
- +3 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, with a strong track record of driving results and achieving KPIs - Must
- +1 years of experience in B2C campaigns - Must
- Experience in Fintech B2C companies - Advantage
- In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms, including Google Ads, and social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify innovative strategies and solutions.
- Certifications such as Google Ads or Meta certifications - Advantage
