Senior Data Product Manager

We are seeking a talented Senior Data Product Manager to join our Data Products team. This role is critical in defining, developing, and launching innovative Data and ML-Based solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a Senior Data Product Manager at Lusha, you will leverage your experience in building data products, along with an understanding of machine learning and AI technologies, to enhance our data offerings and drive strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Lusha's Data and machine learning products, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for new and existing data products, from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Work closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to integrate advanced machine learning models into products, enhancing data quality and customer value.
• Collaborate with analytics, marketing, customer-success and sales teams to define product requirements and ensure successful execution of product strategies.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and advocate for user-centric product development.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, using data to make informed decisions about future directions and improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to data management and machine learning.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience, specifically with building and scaling data products.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data ecosystems and technologies, and data analytics techniques
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning and AI principles, including both theoretical foundations and practical applications in solutions and products
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, leading teams to deliver products that delight customers and drive business results.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and product features.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
