Head of Commercial

The Head of Commercial will spearhead the sales strategies of our tech delivery Startup . This role demands a dynamic, innovative leader who can drive growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts

Responsible for:

• Build and maintain a high-performance sales infrastructure to effectively achieve business objectives.
• Plan and meet an annual sales plan.
• Define and implement a long-term commercial strategy
• Ability to analyze P&L reports
• Establish sales strategies and tactics to meet sales forecasts
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the global marketplace.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for continued growth.
• Data and KPI oriented
• Experience on leading big teams and different departments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, leadership, and management of sales teams in B2B2C companies
• Strategic thinker
• Proven track record of generating business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies that improved revenue and increased market share
• Vast experience and specific expertise in Global market - Advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire team members to achieve results.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
