Field Operation

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company that is rapidly establishing itself as a critical player in the industry. We are a young, innovative company based in Tel Aviv with a cutting- edge product.

We are looking for a creative and sophisticated person who can pay attention to small details and has the ability to think on his or her feet for a unique and challenging role that combines operational activity with intelligence gathering. For that, we are looking for our next Field Operation to join our amazing team, and this position is based in one of the capital cities of Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Manage unique parts of the company operations, working on the most advanced technology in the industry.
• Help clients by providing technical support remotely or onsite with system daily usage.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of technology regulation and troubleshooting.
• Adjust and push to improve the client products by translating their needs from their real-time feedback and insights.
• Collaborate closely with operation specialist, QA, DevOps, IT & Deployment) to push for case resolution and product improvements.
• Work closely with Customer Success Teams to maintain a proactive success-oriented approach and strategic planning.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written): Ability to communicate effectively wit customers.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Familiar or 1-year experience with Linux/Unix -Advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and towards multiple objectives at one time.
• High-level communication and ability to persuade.
• Additional languages - an advantage.
• Familiar with Networking: Firewalls, Basic Network protocols (OSI Model, TCP/IP).
• Basic knowledge or experience with Dockers/Kubernetes - Advantage.
• Experience with MongoDB basic queries -Advantage.
