Senior Product Manager

A global company specializing in engineering and technology across sectors such as finance, technology, healthcare, blockchain, and real estate is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager. In this position, you will oversee both inbound and outbound B2C products for one of their premier brands, shaping the product roadmap, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Define, monitor, and continuously improve the KPIs for your product.
• Oversee the development of web/mobile product roadmaps, focusing on lifecycle management to ensure sustained product success.
• Lead A/B testing, create user stories, develop wireframes, and analyze requirements. Effectively prioritize the product backlog.
• Monitor the performance of features post-release, leveraging data to drive enhancements and optimizations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Design, Business, and other teams to ensure smooth feature implementation.
• Identify and execute initiatives to enhance the user experience based on feedback and technical assessments.
• Regularly update and refine product features to maintain relevance and user engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in designing, developing, and successfully launching B2C products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience in a fintech company is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Monday, and knowledge of Atlassian products, is advantageous.
