About the position: Mend is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team in Israel. As the SDR Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s sales growth by overseeing the performance and development of our SDRs. You will lead by example, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team achieves its targets and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of SDRs\BDRs to exceed targets and drive sales growth.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze individual and team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to optimize performance.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to onboard new team members and continuously improve the skills and knowledge of existing team members.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to develop and refine strategies for lead generation, prospecting, and outbound sales activities.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to align efforts and drive overall business success.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and insights to track progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making at both the team and organizational levels.
- Culture Champion: Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that values excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- leading an effective Outbound prospecting strategy including driving effectiveness with key platforms like Outreach + sales navigator optimizing go-to-market messaging, setting daily/weekly structure, and managing key prospecting KPIs.
- Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, peers, and senior leadership.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve performance.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans to achieve long-term objectives.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic startup environment.
- Passion for Development: Genuine passion for developing people and helping them reach their full potential.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Technical background in application security- a huge advantage
- In this position, you’ll be working in a hybrid model: three days remotely from home and two days at the office- This position is Mon- Fri**
