As Legal Counsel for Data Privacy & IP, you will be responsible for guiding Lightricks’ through the complex landscape of global data privacy laws and intellectual property rights. Your expertise will ensure that our business operations, product development, and marketing strategies comply with relevant regulations while protecting and maximizing the value of our intellectual assets.

What You’ll be doing

• Advise Lightricks’ departments and subsidiaries around the world on data privacy, intellectual property and corporate and commercial matters.
• Understand technology and technological process to provide strong legal business partner guidance with an emphasis on privacy, intellectual property and commercial matters.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection laws. Conduct data protection impact assessments and advice on data processing activities.
  
  

• 6+ years of experience as a lawyer in Israel, with a strong commercial and corporate background.
• Strong knowledge, understanding and experience advising on Data Privacy and Intellectual Property - a must.
• Prior experience as in-house for a tech company - advantage, or as an associate of a leading law firm
• Cooperative and proactive, with a solid ability to prioritize tasks and risks.
• Native-level proficiency in English (both written and oral).
• A strong team player.
