Chief Marketing Officer

At Maslol, we've been on an exciting journey for the past four years, pioneering in the realm of self-guided tours within the tourism industry. Following a successful Proof of Concept (POC) in Israel focusing on B2C, we launched Maslol, a one-of-a-kind B2B SaaS platform in the tourism sector. Our platform enables tour guiding companies and travel bloggers to create and embed self-guided tours for independent travelers who prefer exploring at their own pace and schedule. Today, we're proud to have paying customers and are looking to expand our team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to engage existing customers and attract new ones.
• Collaborate closely with the management and technical teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients, including direct communication and relationship building.
• Utilize and embody social media platforms to enhance our brand's presence and engage with our target audience effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in planning and executing marketing strategies, with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with new and existing clients.
• A deep understanding and passion for the social media landscape and how it can be leveraged to achieve marketing objectives.
• A self-starter with a fearless attitude towards establishing new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

As a startup that is self-funded, the initial compensation for this role will be in the form of equity and options, with the aim to transition to salary compensation once the company is financially stable.
