Corporate Affairs & Communication Manager

Position Purpose

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for corporate affairs and effective communication?

We’re seeking a dynamic Corporate Affairs and Communications Manager to join our Israel team. If you thrive on building strong stakeholder relationships, shaping corporate reputation, and driving impactful communication, this role is for you!

What Will You Do - Responsibilities

Strategy Development Create and execute corporate affairs and communication strategies aligned with our business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement Cultivate and maintain an excellent network of stakeholders, including government bodies, industry associations, and community partners

Regulatory Expertise Stay informed about regulatory changes and develop strategies to navigate the complexities of doing business in Israel.

Reputation Management Safeguard our corporate reputation through proactive communication and crisis management.

Internal and External Communication Develop compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences. Ensure consistent messaging across channels.

The position will be based in Tel Aviv and will be reporting to Country Manager.

Who Are We Looking For - Requirements

• University degree, MBA or equivalent educational background is preferred
• Proven experience in corporate affairs, communications, or related fields
• Strong understanding of fiscal, pricing, and regulatory dynamics
• Experience in highly regulated industries and excise taxation is an asset
• Excellent understanding of the regulatory and political environment, in-depth understanding of legislative processes and knowledge of the Israeli business landscape
• Ability to develop and sustain professional relationships with external parties and to adapt communication strategies to diverse audiences
• Business acumen and good communication skills and ffamiliarity with supply chain management.
• Hand’s on, networking specialist who will be seen by relevant authorities as the face of JTI, and a partner in shaping tobacco policy
• Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
