Sales Development Representative

BrandShield provides services from #digitalrisk protection and #brandprotection to online #threathunting to a growing international blue-chip client base, including Fortune 500 and FTSE100 companies.

We are looking for an SDR to join us!

Responsibilities

· Prospect relevant companies and C-level executives

· Cold call and email executives until connection

· Qualify prospects and identify needs

· Create client demos/ presentations as well as quotes/ proposals

· Understand Brandshield's different suites and know how to position relevant solutions

· Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships

· Utilize Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates

· Work strategically with CRO to build pipeline, deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions

· Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers

· Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalate issues to the manager as appropriate

· Meet or exceed sales objectives

Requirements

· Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality

· Excellent communication skills

· 1-2 years of sales representative experience in b2b

· English speaker

· Salesforce CRM experience - preferred

· Solutions selling experience - preferred

· This position requires the ability to hunt new accounts, develop and maintain business within existing accounts

• Working hours will be Monday to Thursday between 14:00 – 23:00, Friday 09:00-16:00
