Commissioning Manager

Commissioning manager provides commissioning expertise and coordinates commissioning resources for the development of commissioning related deliverables, including participation in constructability and operability activities, and engineering design reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the day-to-day activities of the EPC Project COMT team, comprising commissioning coordinators, commissioning engineers, operations and maintenance specialists
• Participate in the key design reviews such as P&ID, Equipment Layout, and HAZOP to ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements are incorporated into the design of the facilities.
• Provide expertise and oversight on all construction projects for start-up and commissioning.
• Monitor the project field and jobsite start-up and commissioning operations.
• Oversees Startup and Commissioning for all sectors, reviewing process owner for all policies and procedures associated to commissioning department.
• Monitors and reviews all sectors startup and commissioning programs and makes necessary comment to program as required.
• Review the EPC design and plan for commissioning phase to match new product features and Software modifications meeting project scope.
• Lead the Owners commissioning engineering group, provide guidance and arrange for training of staff. Monitor the planning, investigation, and implementation phases of commissioning

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
• work experience
• 5 years’ experience with energy: Gas Turrbines /or Energy Storage System, Power Systems, Transmission, Communication Network, and related Software.
• Experience with MPA FT4000 and or FT8 Pratt & Whitney systems
