Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert at MalamTeam. As a Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, network administration, and system administration tasks on customers' accounts.

This role is based in Petah Tikva, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work.

• Execute, mange, and lead Office 365 migrations for Microsoft external clients (small business clients 10 - 300 users)
• Troubleshoot and customize Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, One Note, skype for business, Outlook, Yammer, Power Point, and Microsoft Access)
• Office 365 training
• Assisted external clients with configurations, power shell scripts
• Consult external clients on Microsoft products and pricing
• Exchange/Office 365 support, maintenance, and administration (Account provisioning, migration from Exchange to office 365, distribution group creation)

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and technical support skills
• Experience in network administration and system administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 administration are a must
