As an Operations PMO you will be:

• Plan, manage and lead technological and operational projects to ensure solutions delivery within the required standards
• Define, improve and implement organizational processes and procedures in an agile environment
• Plan and manage IT and Operations departments’ yearly budget
• Work with a cross-functional attitude, to include multiple factors, such as IT, R&D, Customer support, Operations, Supply chain, Finance, HR and Business to optimize processes and results
• Ensure processes and action plans are in place to meet pre-defined goals
• Identify trends and issues within service, utilization, logistics and facility industries
• Maintain risk management and mitigation plans

If you have:

• Bachelor degree in BCs. In industrial engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technological project management
• Data driven, analytical and agile mindset
• Results orientated attitude
• Superb time management, problem-solving, creativity and independency skills
• Fluent in English and presentation skill - a must
