Production Manager

The production manager will report to the VP of Operations.

Member of the operations management.

Direct subordinates - 6 production department managers.

Indirect subordinates - 85 employees of the production departments.

The current work in the production departments will be included.

● Transportation, accompaniment and training of the production managers.

● Initiating, planning and leading operational projects, in collaboration with professional departments (colleagues):

Processes, engineering, quality, ELS, EHS, TPI, maintenance and procurement and various factors in general

the company

● Improving efficiency, quality, safety, operational flexibility and lowering costs.

● Partnership in leading a connectedness project and the employee experience.

● Meeting the goals of the annual work plan.

● Budget management and control.

● Dealing with personnel matters.

Qualifications

● Education - bachelor's degree or higher - preference for engineering - IA/machines/chemistry/materials.

● About 3-5 years of experience as a production manager in an industrial plant.

● Previous experience in managing middle managers - mandatory.

● Previous experience in a manufacturing company - global.

● Previous experience in a process plant - an advantage.
