Tech Support Engineer

Join IMMERSIX, a dynamic start-up revolutionizing eye tracking technology. We're seeking a dedicated Tech Support Engineer, who is comfortable and experienced in a customer-facing role, to work with leading enterprise organizations and guarantee clients satisfaction.

This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in operating the company’s product.
• Closely work with a small number of clients
• Support clients in their evaluation process of our product, including onsite installation and remote communication.
• Provide comprehensive training to clients on product operation and troubleshooting.
• Actively engage with customers to gauge satisfaction levels.
• Generate client satisfaction reports to inform ongoing product development.
• Define support procedures and best practices, maintaining up-to-date internal and external documentation.
• Collaborate closely with our R&D team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.

Requirements:

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• High level of self-confidence and adaptability.
• Availability for frequent short-term international travel.
