Project Manager

Our Missiles and Space Systems Division is seeking a Project Manager.

What will you do:

• Lead significant projects with a technological focus, involving both management and extensive development.
• Manage work plans.
• Adhere to budgets.
• Synchronize all stakeholders involved in the development and production of subsystems, responsible for ongoing management.
• Transition from development to production and commitment to delivering components and systems from definition to customer delivery.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Physics - Mandatory.
• Master's degree in Systems Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Physics / Business Management - Significant advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management and leading engineering teams - Mandatory.
• Experience in developing and leading engineering surveys and formulating concepts for radar designs with clients in Israel and abroad - Mandatory.
• Experience in managing product transition to production, integration, and system testing - Mandatory.
• Hands-on hardware/algorithmic development capabilities - Significant advantage.
• Experience in leading development in a matrix methodology - a significant advantage.
