Project Management Officer

Job Scope: 3 workdays per week

Description

Responsible for building and controlling work plans, identifying "bottlenecks" and analyzing critical paths in projects. Additionally, responsible for preparing presentations, status reports, and meeting summaries, as well as task follow-up. Knowledge management in the project and assisting the project manager in performing routine operational tasks. Working with many internal and external organizational entities, including subcontractors.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Information Systems - Mandatory

- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (PMO) in the field of information systems in large organizations - Mandatory  

- Experience in monitoring and tracking multiple information systems projects in parallel - Mandatory

- Experience in budget management and control - Mandatory

- Experience working with Ms-Project or Jira - Mandatory
