About the opportunity:

PayMe works with multiple financial partners and merchants across the globe. We need to escort each merchant and to make sure the merchant stands the regulation demands and the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Your responsibilities will be to:

· Manage daily communication with related merchants.

· Manage daily communication with local and foreign acquirers.

· Close feedback loop merchants to make sure no-one falls between the cracks.

· Identify problems early and find solutions in an early stage.

Requirements:

· High level of English.

· Attention to small details- sometimes a tiny detail can have a huge effect. Let's find it early.

· Order and structure- there are hundreds of merchants in the KYC process. Each one of them is at a different level of the process.

· Assertiveness- a big part of the job is with the credit card companies and merchants. Fast and effective process is the best process.
