What is your mission?

• Be a trusted partner of the Finance unit to choose and implement the right solutions that will support the company's growth strategy. Support our internal partners in their daily work.
• Define, manage, and execute future finance-related solutions deployments.
• Participate in project scoping with stakeholders across the business; gather and analyze business requirements within NetSuite ERP and third-party applications.
• Advocate for continuous improvement in our system of internal controls; develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure audibility and compliance.
• Provide administration and support of NetSuite ERP system and other related systems, including process monitoring and improvement, end-user training, problem resolution, and ongoing support with high importance to SLA management.

The superpowers we are looking for:

• 2+ years experience with supporting an ERP in a company.
• Familiar with NetSuite- a must.
• Good financial background.
• Fluent English- both writing and speaking.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience communicating technical information to non-technical staff.
• Demonstrated experience working both independently and in group project settings.
