Faddom is excited to expand its Marketing team following a successful round A from Viola NFX. We are seeking a marketing leader with proven experience in a similar role who can plan and execute a cross-the-board hyper-growth marketing plan.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role and lead Faddom's journey of taking over the global Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) IT Operations and Cybersecurity sector. Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5-7 years) in B2B SaaS and/or PLG startups.
• Experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity is a big plus.
• Ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Knowledge in managing consultants and agencies around PR, website design and development, branding and messaging, and content creation.
• Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies (SEO/PPC/marketing automation/content)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Native level of English is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy focused on growth.
• Oversee all marketing activities, ensuring that our brand message is consistent, timely, and relevant.
• Drive brand awareness and inbound lead generation through effective marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align product marketing with business goals.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Manage the marketing budget and measure ROI on marketing campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.

T&Cs:

• Full-time position based in our Ramat Gan office (Bursa area).
• Sunday to Thursday (Wednesday, we're working from home), 10:00-18:00, with flexibility as needed.
