Bookkeeper

We’re looking for a fearless Bookkeeper to join our finance team!

As Overwolf’s Master of Books, you’ll oversee our financial data and compliance by keeping accurate records of our accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Record AP invoices and prepare bi-monthly payments
• Issue invoices to AR and follow up on collections
• Manage bank and credit card reconciliations
• Record month-end JE – accruals, payroll JE, depreciation and revaluation
• Manage VAT and sales tax reporting of our subsidiaries.
  
  

• 3+ years of relevant experience in bookkeeping
• Proven experience with Netsuite
• Ability to independently prepare financial statements, including balance sheets
• Professional experience in a high-tech environment
• Proficiency in both AR and AP
• Experience with bank reconciliation
• Fluency in English
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  
  

• Experience in VAT and sales tax reporting in the UK and US, respectively
• Proficiency in ancient ice magic and wolfback riding
