About the role:

As an Operations coordinator at K Health, you will work closely with our finance and legal team to support the company's supply chain processes, contract management and billing.

This part-time role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented student who is passionate about working in a global environment and learning about the healthcare tech industry.

What you'll be doing:

• Daily management of the company's Supply Chain processes, including new contracts, renewals, and contractor management.
• Review contracts for billing and renewal dates, updating the repository accordingly.
• Continuous work on our Supply Chain system in Jira, handling renewals, new requests, and contractor-related tasks.
• Enforce the supply chain process, ensuring its consistent use, and provide support to users throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with various functions within the organization, maintaining high interaction between TLV and NY offices.
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• English proficiency at a native level.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication, and a collaborative teamwork approach.
• People-oriented with a highly organized and detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in office working tools, particularly Google Workspace.
