HELECTOR S.A., a company of ELLAKTOR Group, is looking for a Mechanical Engineer for the Engineering Department – Division of Solid Wastes. The candidate will be the Mechanical Supervisor at the construction site in Tel-Aviv, Israel. Supervises the installation and the commissioning of the process equipment which process municipal solid waste and all the equipment of the auxiliary facilities related with of the process of the leachate and the air ducts of the industrial ventilation and de-dusting networks.

Reporting to the Supervisors Team Leader and Mechanical Supervisors Leader, the main tasks of the role are:

• Monitor the mechanical construction works in order to ensure that the works comply with the design and the technical documentation.
• Provide guidance for the correct implementation of the mechanical installation works to the engineers of the client and the personnel of the subcontractors.
• Organize and participate in the appropriate mechanical and process performance tests and inspections of the overall plant and the components of the equipment in order to ensure compliance with the design and the technical documentation
• Regarding non-compliances, prepare written reports and notifications addressed to the mechanical team leader.
• Meticulously collect and maintain a database for all the information required to be incorporated in the mechanical and process us built drawings.
• Meticulously collect and maintain a database for all the information required to be incorporated in the Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
• Prepare progress reports for the mechanical works
• Meticulously collect and maintain a database for all the documents required according to the Quality Assurance Plan regarding the mechanical works.
• Organize the training of the plant personnel.
  
  

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering
• Advanced in English language
• advanced in MS Office (word, excel)
• Working experience in Autocad, Inventor and Navisworks
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in the selection, installation, operation and maintenance of equipment used for material handling in waste management facilities (conveying equipment, feeders, screens, air classifiers, optical sorting machines, ballistic separators)
  
  

• 10+ years of similar experience in other (not relevant to solid waste) bulk material handling or wastewater facilities
