Technical Support Engineer - Relocation to Zagreb, Croatia

Mobileye is looking for an automated vehicle Technical Support Engineer to join our excellent MaaS (Mobility-as-a-Service) Execution team. The ideal candidate will have an automotive technical background, engineering capability, customer-facing experience, and project management skills.

What will your job look like?

• Act as Mobileye’s technical expert, and support the development, integration, testing, and delivery activities for Mobileye’s MaaS & autonomous driving projects in Zagreb, the Republic of Croatia.
• Manage production projects locally and work directly with the customer on the customer's site.
• Coordinate the resources of ME headquarters, OEMs and suppliers to promote the integrations and tests of the MaaS/AV system.
• Integrate the HW & SW of ME’s MaaS/AV development systems and conduct preliminary tests.
• Comprehensive communications and evaluations on the status of the vehicles, ECUs, sensors and other related parts.
• Quickly respond, locate, and solve technical issues on-site. Manage issue-solving processes.
  
  

• 3:5 years' experience in technical roles in the automotive industry
• BA/BSc. from a leading university (MSc. / MBA is an advantage)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of vehicle EE, proficient skills to use tools for CAN, Ethernet, diag, testing.
• Related experiences in ECU developments & validations, familiar with HW & SW components, and their development, integration, and testing processes
• Knowledge and experience with Linux OS
• Willingness to stay long-term on OEM site
• Development & testing experiences - an advantage
• C1/C2 driver license - an advantage
• C++ or other coding capabilities - an advantage
