A leading Israeli website in the fields of e-learning, knowledge and events is looking for a Digital Project Manager to Join the team.
Responsibilities:
· - Create, maintain, and update work plans, schedules, and resources.
· - Manage the development of the website, including budgeting, planning, design, development, QA, and deployment, with emphasis on continuous version management and maintenance.
· - Matrix management, driving and leading the success of the team, including product, UX, design, SEO, system analysis, development, testing, and more.
· Negotiation and management of external suppliers as part of work processes.
Requirements:
· - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or similar
· - 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the field of website and application development
· - Experience in matrix management
· - Ability to work under demanding schedules and meet deadlines.
· - Excellent interpersonal skills.
· - Creativity, curiosity, initiative, and ability to drive change.
· - Native level Hebrew - A MUST
