Role Summary:

As a Junior Economist, your role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health of the organization. You'll manage the financial aspects of projects and services, support financial reporting processes, and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial aspects of projects and services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in financial reporting, including closing financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheet).
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly closing statements.
• Understand contract terms and provide necessary support.
• Assist in preparing monthly forecasts and analyze performance against forecasts.
• Prepare presentations for management, providing valuable insights into financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics - MUST
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula capabilities - MUST
• Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written - MUST
• Proficiency in Russian - An advantage
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well in teams, ability to thrive under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and maintain organization
• Demonstrate responsibility, willingness to work hard, and motivation to learn
