What you will do:

The job holder will serve as the dedicated service contact for HSBC’s Innovation Banking clients. Role holder will develop client relationships for prospects and existing clients.

In this role you will:

• Manage daily activities for HSBC Innovation Banking clients
• Partner with the Relationship Managers to enhance client relationships including oversight of client onboarding activities;
• Provide excellent daily service to meet clients' needs;
• Provide ongoing risk monitoring, address operational risk activities, and ensure consistent application of Group Policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build effective internal networks within the HSBC Innovation Banking platform to enable full success in the role
  
  

• Fluency in business English and Hebrew
• 3 - 5 years’ working experience in financial sector
• Strong previous experience in Relationship Management /Relationship Support/ Client Service/ Investor Services and / or equivalent
• Experience in Commercial Banking, Cash Management, - an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, analytical & influencing skills
• A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to self-learning
• Strong work ethic, extremely self-motivated, success driven and uncompromising attention to detail
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Relevant academic degree
