At Speedata, we are building the world’s fastest processor for Data Analytics – we call it the Analytics Processing Unit (APU).  Thanks to a revolutionary architecture based on years of academic research, we can accelerate analytic workloads by 20x-50x by offloading them from the CPU. We can achieve this without any code changes required from our customers.

Job Summary:

This role is ideal for a developer advocate or technical evangelist with a solid technical background and a passion for marketing deep-tech products. The successful candidate will create, distribute, and promote technical content about our groundbreaking APU and the broader ecosystem for hardware acceleration. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and informative technical content, including short videos, blog posts, whitepapers, datasheets, and case studies, that highlight the advantages of our APU.
• Post and promote technical content frequently through social media, partner sites, our website, and other channels.
• Deliver highly technical talks about the APU at industry conferences and webinars, and then promote the recordings through various channels.
• Lead SEO efforts to help make us easily discoverable.
• Foster relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and press to increase awareness of the APU.
• Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to gain a deep understanding of the APU and how it works.

Qualifications

• Either a degree in CS / EE or experience working as a software/hardware engineer.
• Knowledge of the data management industry, such as distributed compute engines and databases, data warehouses and data lakes, or data engineering and ETL tools.
• Proven experience creating and promoting highly technical content in public forums.
