Architecture Project Manager

We are looking for an Architecture or Civil engineer to join our team in Migdal, Galilee - Israel to build a restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in Israel.
• Interpret construction plans, review documentation to ensure compliance, and verify that the site matches the plans.
• Search for missing suppliers to hire, review that the construction is on schedule, and prevent schedule deviations.
• Review both construction and internal costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil engineer.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction.
• Knowledge in construction. Interpretation of plans and efficient workflow.
• Proficiency in CAD and REVIT.
• Reasoning of constructive solutions.
• Knowledge of Spanish, Hebrew, and Arabic will be valued.
• Fluency in English is essential.
