Position Overview:

We're on the lookout for a talented Software Engineer with a passion for robotics and a strong background in Python, Linux, and ROS (Robot Operating System). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software development and a keen interest in working at the intersection of software and hardware.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions for drone hardware.
• Design, implement, and maintain software components using Python and ROS (and potentially also C/C++).
• Troubleshoot and debug software and hardware issues.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of our drone systems.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the field of drones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python and Linux.
• Familiarity with Robot Operating System (ROS) is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Experience with C/C++ is a plus.
• Passion for drones and robotics, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
