SW Team Leader

As a Software Team Leader, you will spearhead a global development team focused on creating innovative solutions for complex challenges within the fluid management sector. This pivotal role demands not only robust technical expertise but also exceptional teamwork skills in a diverse, multicultural, and international environment. You will be a key driver in transforming software system requirements into cutting-edge medical products.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership

·      Guide a team of software engineers to translate software system requirements into functional medical products.

·      Lead the team through the entire Agile development lifecycle, from understanding system requirements to sprint planning, development, unit testing, code review, deployment to CI/CD, and support for V&V.

·      Lead the team, know and understand its resources, talents, strengths and weaknesses.

·      Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.

·      Hiring and training employees.

Technical Oversight

·  Take ownership of product deliveries written in C++ within the Linux Yocto embedded space and Linux user space.

·  Oversee the development and documentation of software system architectures, ensuring successful project delivery.

·   Lead the integration of hardware and software components and between different software elements.

·  Support troubleshooting and problem solving efforts related to software aspects of devices and associated systems.

Documentation and Compliance

·      Deliver documentation adhering to the company's Product Development Lifecycle Management principles and medical and regulatory requirements.

·      Effectively manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.

Qualifications

· B.Sc. in Computer Science or related engineering      

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Team Leader role.

·      Extensive proficiency in C++ programming.

·      3 years of experience in a software development role within a Linux OS environment.

·      Experience with Design Patterns

·      Strong familiarity with Agile methodology and microservices architecture.

·      Proficient in analyzing and understanding complex systems.

·      Experience with CI/CD, configuration management practices, and Git.

·      Excellent communication, cooperation, and problem-solving skills.
