Recruitment Specialist

Join our team as a Recruitment Specialist for a temporary position!

At Tnuva's central recruitment department, we provide comprehensive recruitment services, assessment, and internal mobility for all group units. We're involved in fascinating projects spanning employer branding, diversity, sourcing development, academia relations, and more.

Responsibilities include:

- Full recruitment responsibility for Ma'adanot factory.

- Managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from receiving the requirement, building job profiles, conducting selection processes, to filling positions, including supporting recruiting managers and HR managers in decision-making.

- Conducting assessment processes, including personal interviews, conducting reference interviews, and writing evaluations.

This is a temporary position as maternity leave coverage, employed through an HR company.

Requirements:

- Passion and love for the recruitment world.

- Bachelor's degree.

- 2 years of recruitment experience from an organization or around 3 years from a placement company.

- Ability to manage processes end-to-end.

- Developed service orientation.
