Sheba Medical Center is Seeking a Data Scientist with Specialization in Image Processing

Job Description: 

Integration in a team at the information laboratory of the oncology department and daily use of data for research and the benefit of cancer patients of all types and stages.

Responsibilities:

• Direct interaction with top oncology experts at Sheba Medical Center.
• Data analysis and research execution.

This position includes having a significant impact on the lives of cancer patients.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in image processing - mandatory
• Knowledge and use of Pytorch - mandatory
• Work in digital pathology - mandatory
• Past experience with DICOM images - mandatory
• Also relevant for juniors - who worked in the field as part of their degree or in their spare time
• Thinking skills, management and organizational abilities, interpersonal relations, and teamwork.
