Director of Product

vcita is seeking a director of product to join the product leadership team and head the CRM product groups.

Areas we’ll trust you with::

• Lead all CRM products, which includes everything a modern service-based business needs to run their day to day operation, including, but not only :
• Client & Lead management tools and workflows.
• The communication between SMBs and their clients.
• Automations meant to offload all the operational work and enable the business to focus on what it does best.
• Self-service client portal to provide a great service for the SMB’s clients.
• Staff management and collaboration options.
• Deeply understand the day to day of SMBs worldwide in order to build the right solutions, automations, tools, APIs and data insights for them.
• Define and lead the vision and strategy for the group offerings, provide thought leadership in identifying critical requirements, understand business goals, define product, and work with development teams in designing optimal user experience and successful business solutions.
• Report to the CPO and manage a team of product managers.
• Lead to continuous improvement, and agile practices by working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Define the right KPIs , align the entire team around them and make sure any initiative drives partner success.
  
  

• 10+ years of experience in Product management, including Saas products, and at least 3 years in management positions.
• Strong preference for experience in relevant products : CRM, Email marketing, Messaging or Online presence building or other products meant for SMBs.
• Passionate about users and user experience.
• Strong analytical and technology skills, ability to comprehend complex systems and to actively participate in technical discussions.
• Proven ability to identify market needs , concept viable solutions and build successful products.
• Eager to step into the AI & ChatGPT world.
• Experience with working with international stakeholders and partners.
• Strong organizational skills, project execution skills and an attention to detail.
• Motivated to engage team members at multiple levels, from high-level strategy to tactical execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), experienced in presenting and influencing fellow peers and senior management.
