Assistant Controller

Optibus is looking for a dynamic and talented Assistant Controller to join our Finance department. As part of your responsibilities, you will be assisting in financial management tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

● Participation in month-end closing procedures and assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with US-GAAP.

● Work closely with the company’s auditors during the annual audit.

● Review and analyse customer agreements to ensure compliance with billing procedures, revenue recognition (ASC-606), and other accounting standards or internal policies.

● Implementation of internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.

● Assistance with ad hoc tasks as needed, both revenue and business-related.

Requirements:

● CPA with a minimum of 3 years of experience in one of the big 4 high-tech departments- a must.

● Excellent English (writing and speaking) – a must.

● Strong Microsoft Excel skills – a must.

● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

● High work ethic, independent capability, fast data learning, and attention to detail.
