Validation and Verification Team Leader

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Validation and Verification (V&V) Team Leader to join our growing team. As the team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of V&V for our sensors, optical systems, electronics circuits, components, and the entire product. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and function flawlessly.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and mentor a team of V&V engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Develop and implement V&V plans that satisfy project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Design and execute comprehensive test procedures for sensors, optical systems, electronic components, and the entire product (functionality and features).
• Analyze test results, identify and troubleshoot defects, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve V&V processes and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and manufacturing.
• Communicate V&V status and progress to stakeholders regularly.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest V&V methods and technologies.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in V&V of sensors, optical systems, electronic devices, or related products.
• Proven leadership experience in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of V&V methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and software is a plus.
