Skills Alliance have partnered with a Structural Heart innovator who has developed a world’s first approach. A percutaneous implantable device to treat Structural Heart disease. Q4 was an excellent quarter for our client having achieved many milestones through various approvals and growth in awareness and headcount. We are continuing this with multiple hires globally. Currently we are interested to hear from NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineers seeking a step up. This role would be leading NPI activities. To initiate, plan and execute transfer to production through R&D phase through to mass production. You will serve as the leading technical person. Reporting into the CTO.

To apply for the Structural Heart – NPI Engineer role, you MUST have:

• BSc in Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering or similar
• 4 years or more engineering experience
• NPI (New Product Introduction) experience
• Experienced with designing jigs and tools to support large-scale manufacturing
• Experienced in Medical Devices with large-scale manufacturing/ mass production
• Experience in leading engineering projects
• Fluency in English
